    Historic façade reconstruction of a 6,000 SF commercial building originally constructed in 1908. The project required exterior envelope replacement, hazardous material abatement, and structural repair within an active urban corridor. Concrete Rose Construction coordinated asbestos abatement, structural repairs, full window replacement, weather barrier installation, and new exterior finishes while protecting the integrity of the existing structure.
